• Attend walk-in customers and sales enquiries
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Tata car models
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and offers
• Arrange and conduct test drives for customers
• Generate leads through calls, references, field activities, and digital platforms
• Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into sales
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and RTO teams
• Complete booking, documentation, and delivery processes
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain customer records in CRM/DMS systems
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
• Ensure high customer satisfaction during and after vehicle delivery
