Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in and inquiry customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and accessories.
Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
Generate leads through referrals, field visits, digital platforms, and corporate contacts.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and complete all required documentation.
Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
