Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting a vehicle that suits their needs and budget.

• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and financing options.

• Follow up on leads and conduct test drives.

• Prepare quotations and handle negotiations in a professional manner.

• Process sales paperwork and ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to delivery.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Maintain customer database and establish long-term relationships.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and promotional offers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in car or automobile sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for cars and knowledge of different vehicle models and features.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Valid driver’s license.
