Role Overview:

The Car Sales Executive is responsible for understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicles, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Present pricing, finance options, and offers clearly to customers.

• Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

• Maintain follow-up with potential and existing customers.

• Prepare and complete all required sales documentation.

• Ensure the showroom vehicles are clean, presentable, and updated.

• Stay updated with product features, variants, and competitor offerings.

• Attend daily meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (automotive sales preferred).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer handling and relationship-building ability.

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.

• Pleasant personality and confident attitude.

• Valid driving license (mandatory for test drives).
