Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and features.
Provide product demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
Explain pricing, financing, leasing, insurance, and warranty options.
Negotiate terms and close sales professionally and efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, new arrivals, and promotions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through follow-up and after-sales service.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and reflects the brand image.
Accurately complete all sales paperwork and CRM updates.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
