·       Actively maintain contact with prospective customers to convert them into buyers and sell the entire Hyundai product portfolio

·       Regular follow-up on leads 

·       Demonstrate strong product and customer understanding to build trust and offer customers the right products from the Hyundai portfolio

·       Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets set in line with dealership sales appendix 

 

Inside Sales:

  • All activities from generation of quotes to ordering as well as the execution of the orders.

  • Providing all the required info by clients, working closely with Sales team members for the closure · Have discussions with the clients on phones for understanding the applications and suggesting/offering the right solutions.

  • Maintain the data base of the leads, quotes. Client Relationship Management: · Providing support in handling escalation from clients to resolve their concerns and addressing queries (customer advocacy) from other departments for a smooth ride for customer’s diverse issues ·

  • Rendering sustained services to clients for high ROI, increasing retention level by achieving service quality norms and resolving the issues to attain high customer satisfaction Sales Coordination and Administration·

  • Providing an unparalleled customer experience by empowering sales staff and driving innovation. Ability to not only coordinate several tasks at once but to maintain good customer relations. ·

  • Highly skilled in managing different stores of brand counter functions and day to day duties for personnel in sales and service department.

 

Sales & Demonstration :-

  • Cultivated and maintained strong relationships with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs. ·

  • Demonstrated a deep understanding of various auto-mobiles models, features and benefits, effectively communicating this information to customers. ·

  • Consistently met or exceeded monthly/quarterly sales targets, showcasing a strong ability to drive results. ·

  • Actively sought out new leads through networking, referrals and online platforms to expand customer base. · Utilized clear and persuasive communication skills to explain pricing, financing options and warranties to customers. ·

  • Skillful negotiated prices and terms to ensure a win-win situation for both the customer and dealership. ·

  • Conducted engaging and informative vehicle presentations, highlighting key features and addressing customer concerns. ·

  • Maintained consistent follow up with potential customers, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the sales process. ·

  • Accurately completed all necessary paperwork, ensuring smooth transactions and compliance with dealership procedures. ·

  • Stayed updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to better address customer inquiries and objections.
