Car Sales Executive

A Car Sales Executive acts as the primary link between a vehicle dealership and its customers, guiding buyers from their initial showroom or online inquiry all the way through vehicle delivery and aftersales follow-up. [1, 2]

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in visitors, respond to phone or online leads, and identify customer budgets, preferences, and lifestyle needs. [1, 2, 3]

• Product Presentation: Showcase new or used vehicles, explain technical features, and highlight warranties and safety options. [1, 2, 3]

• Test Drives: Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives while verifying valid driver's licenses and proper documentation. [1, 2, 3]

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, commercial qualification, or a degree in business/automobile engineering.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal persuasion, active listening, and a approachable, client-first attitude.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with vehicle inventory, specifications, financing structures, and competitor models.

• Resilience & Drive: High motivation to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, and often commission-supplemented environment.
