Job Description: Car Sales Executive
Position Summary:
A Car Sales Executive is responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. They serve as the primary point of contact between the dealership and customers throughout the car buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their needs to help them find the right vehicle.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly and accurately.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Prepare sales contracts, documentation, and coordinate with finance and insurance departments.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership goals.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Keep the showroom and display vehicles clean and well-organized.
Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
