Job Title: Café Front-End Staff / Customer Service Associate

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Café Front-End Staff to handle customer service, assist guests,

operate the POS billing system, and maintain a welcoming service environment. The ideal candidate should be

friendly, attentive, and able to deliver a pleasant café experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service.

 Take orders accurately and efficiently.



Operate the POS system for billing, cash/card/UPI transactions.



Guide customers on menu items and assist with recommendations when required.



Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and presentable.



Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.



Handle customer questions, feedback, and concerns politely.



Follow hygiene, safety, and café service standards at all times.

 Assist in opening and closing duties of the café.

Requirements:



Experience: 0–2 years in café/restaurant / retail customer service (Freshers can apply).



Good communication and interpersonal skills.



Basic knowledge of billing/POS operation (Training will be provided if required).



Positive attitude, teamwork, and punctuality are essential.

 Ability to work in flexible shifts, weekends, and rush hours.
