Job Title: Café Front-End Staff / Customer Service Associate

Location: Bangalore - Whitefield/JP Nagar/Mysore Road/Baiyappanahalli/RR Nagar

Type: Full-Time.

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive/Cafe Staff to join our team at Gopalan Enterprises to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service.
The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service.

Take orders accurately and efficiently.

Operate the POS system for billing, cash/card/UPI transactions.

Guide customers on menu items and assist with recommendations when required.

Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.

Handle customer questions, feedback, and concerns politely.

Follow hygiene, safety, and café service standards at all times.

Assist in opening and closing duties of the café.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
