We are looking for a Cafe Manager to join our team at Narayanaas Cafe to assist customers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like managing staff, opening and closing of the cafe, day to day ops, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete operations of the cafe.
Managing the day to day opening/closing of the cafe, managing inventory
managing staff attendance, creating SOPs and handling complete ops
Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th and 1 - 3 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
