Cafe Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations: Waffle preparation, cleanliness, inventory, and store upkeep.

• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock rotation to ensure product availability.

• Enforce SOPs to maintain quality, safety, and service standards.

• Track sales, control costs, and reduce waste.

• Hire, train, and lead staff to meet performance and sales targets.

• Foster a positive team culture with feedback and growth opportunities.

• Handle customer service and resolve complaints effectively.

• Manage store-related maintenance (plumbing, electrical, etc.).

• Travel as needed for purchasing raw materials or maintenance supplies.

• Use computers and basic software for store operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma (Equivalent or higher)

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience

• English fluency required

• Must be hands-on and willing to multitask across operations

• Willing to relocate/commute
