Branch Sales Officer

Job description As a Branch Executive at Bayars Coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in coffee quality and store hygiene. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth store performance.

· Store Operations:  Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the branch.  Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).  Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and overall customer experience. · Sales & Customer Service:  Drive store sales.  Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.  Promote new products and seasonal offerings. · Inventory & Stock Control:  Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.  Reduce wastage and ensure efficient usage of ingredients.  Maintain accurate inventory records. · Reporting & Compliance:  Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.  Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.  Handle cash and online operations.

Qualification: PUC or any degree

Timings: 9.30 to 2PM and 4.30 to 9PM (should work on both the shifts)

Location: Kengeri, Rajajinagar, Basaveshwara Nagar,

Salary: 21K gross salary + Branch incentives
