Key Skill:

Commercial: POSS Development: Testing & Implementation

• Work continuously towards POSS and eGHS system updation &  development; collaborate with different teams for the same

• Implement a schedule of authority related to commercial  operations and report for any deviations

Commercial: POSS Development: POSS Training

• Visit the stores periodically for POSS & Commercial training on  process / guidelines; Ensure that all the stores are aligned to  Commercial Compliances 

• Take regular feedback from the store staff on how to improve and  simplify the commercial process

Commercial: Boutique Operations: GV Management

• Send & track indents timely, check GVs, Block and unblock GVs,  follow-up for pending payments and train new employees on this  activity

• Circulate Gold rate daily; Monthly reconciliation of gold rate  deviations 

• Update Gold rate master file on monthly & yearly basis 3. Analyse gold rate flow on a daily & monthly basis to stores and  bring deviation as and recovery on the same.

Commercial: Boutique Operations: GHS Operations

• Refund Old GHS & monitor ACH regularly 

• Ensure timely initiation & processing of daily GHS maturity refund

• Follow-up with Banks & IT team for uploading and dispatching  cheques on time 

• Ensure online EGHS reconciliation every day 

• Refund the failed transaction amount to customers with the help of  gateway partners 

• provide charge back documents to gateway process owner in case  of dispute

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
