We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Beauty Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the cosmetics industry and a passion for beauty products and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right beauty and skincare products based on their needs.

• Demonstrate product usage and provide expert advice on application techniques.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.

• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store hygiene.

• Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and brand promotions.

• Handle customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience with any cosmetics or beauty brand.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiastic, confident, and sales-driven personality.
  

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 + PF + Incentives
Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM (1 weekly off between Monday and Thursday)
