Beauty Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers by understanding their beauty needs and preferences.

• Recommend appropriate skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance products.

• Demonstrate product usage and provide mini makeovers or trials when required.

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of all beauty and cosmetic items.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and stock levels.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges professionally.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

• Stay updated on current beauty trends, new launches, and brand promotions.

• Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

• Sales-driven with a friendly and approachable personality.

• Ability to provide personalized beauty consultations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry.

• Minimum age: 21- 30 years.

• Must have prior experience as a Beauty Advisor, Makeup Artist, Skincare Consultant, or similar role.
