Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team for a minimum 6-month engagement. The ideal candidate will provide personalized beauty consultations, promote skincare and cosmetic products, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, offering expert advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.

• Conduct personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations.

• Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs and preferences.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, ingredients, and application techniques.

• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.

• Support the store in merchandising, restocking, and maintaining product displays.

• Keep up to date with beauty industry trends and new product launches.

• Ensure the counter/store area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

• Handle customer concerns or returns professionally and courteously.

• Assist with promotional events, workshops, and in-store campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-month commitment required.

• Prior experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or skincare (preferred but not mandatory).

• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and sales skills.

• Basic knowledge of makeup techniques and skincare routines.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Education & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

• Certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or makeup artistry (preferred).
