Designation: Beauty Advisor
Work Location: Lulu Mall, Chennai
Salary: ₹25,000 CTC per month
Take-Home Salary: Approximately ₹22,500 per month

Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell Dhatri personal care and beauty products.
Explain product features, benefits and usage to customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Assist customers with skincare, haircare and personal care product selection.
Demonstrate products and encourage product trials where applicable.
Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf arrangement.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate for product replenishment.
Requirements
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Interest in beauty, skincare and personal care products.
Sales-oriented attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or retail sales is an advantage.
Good communication skills and an interest in beauty products can also apply.
Salary Details
Monthly CTC: ₹25,000
Approximate Take-Home: ₹22,500
