Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused and well-groomed Beauty Advisor to assist customers in selecting suitable beauty, skincare, makeup and personal care products while achieving store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their beauty and skincare requirements.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, skin type and preferences.
Explain product features, benefits, usage and offers.
Demonstrate beauty/makeup products when required.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Maintain product displays, testers, shelves and store hygiene.
Check stock availability and support replenishment/inventory activities.
Stay updated on new products, launches, offers and beauty trends.
Handle customer queries and support billing/store operations when required. (Indeed)
Eligibility:
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass; graduate candidates can also apply.
Fresher or experienced candidates can be considered, depending on the requirement.
Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Makeup or Retail Sales is preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Well-groomed, confident and presentable personality.
Strong interest in beauty and cosmetics.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
