We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our team of an International Lifestyle Brand to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assess their beauty needs.

• Provide personalized advice on skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and fragrances.

• Demonstrate product usage and application techniques.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on skin type, tone, and preferences.

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Educate customers about new launches, promotions, and offers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Job Requirements:
