Full Time
Prepare coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other menu items as per brand standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, POS systems, and other store equipment.
Take customer orders accurately and provide prompt, courteous service.
Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of all beverages and food items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, storage, and dining area.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately as per company procedures.
Check stock levels and inform the Shift Manager about shortages or wastage.
Follow FIFO and proper storage procedures for food and beverage ingredients.
Minimize product wastage and ensure proper utilization of materials.
Support opening and closing store activities, including cleaning and stock checks.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Follow company policies, operational SOPs, grooming standards, and disciplinary guidelines.
Work effectively in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Support other operational activities as assigned by the Store Manager or Shift Manager.
