Job Description

We are looking for a Bakery Helper to join our team at Flouring Happiness to assist with retail purchasing at a physical storefront(it would be a table for now, later would be converted to a food cart), provide bakery product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like customer management, managing transactions, and stock management. The role offers a commission based salary ranging ₹3,000 - ₹9,000 for a duration of 5 hours with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with bakery product inquiries and purchases.
Provide accurate information on pricing.
Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.
Stock mangement and sales tracking.
Coordinate with the team for stock requirement, and customer feedback.
Stay updated on new products and services.
Convert retail counter clients to bakery customers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets and good communication and convincing skills
