Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Badminton Stringer & Store Manager for our sports shop in Budigere Cross. You will be responsible for technical racket services and overall shop management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Stringing: Professional 2-knot and 4-knot stringing on manual/electronic machines.

• Tension Control: Able to string accurately up to 30lbs+ without frame damage.

• Store Operations: Manage inventory (strings, rackets, shoes) and maintain the shop.

• Sales & Billing: Handle customer inquiries, guide them on product choice, and manage digital payments/billing.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of badminton strings (Yonex, Li-Ning, etc.).

• Experience in a retail/sports store environment.

• Fluency in Kannada and English.

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
