An Automotive Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the automotive service department. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately identifying vehicle issues, explaining necessary repairs and maintenance, and providing clear cost estimates. They manage the repair process from appointment scheduling to vehicle delivery, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and listening to their vehicle concerns and service needs.
Diagnosing and documenting vehicle issues, often through test drives or discussions with technicians.
Preparing accurate estimates for parts and labor, explaining them clearly to customers.
