Position: Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Support Store Manager in daily tasks
FMCG (Grocery) experience preferred
Supervise floor staff and shifts
Handle customer queries and complaints
Conduct stock/expiry checks
Assist in sales reporting & documentation
Ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

3-5 years of retail experience (FMCG)
Knowledge of store operations
Ability to multitask and manage staff
Basic Excel and POS understanding
