Job Description

Senior Executive – Store

(Offset Printing & Packaging Industry)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.

  • Maintain proper inventory of raw materials, consumables, inks, chemicals, finished goods, and spare parts.

  • Ensure accurate stock records in ERP/software and maintain proper documentation.

  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

  • Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.

  • Handle inward and outward material entries, GRN preparation, and material reconciliation.

  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.

  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices for material storage and usage.

  • Maintain proper storage conditions and housekeeping as per safety standards.

  • Track and control material wastage, damage, and inventory discrepancies.

  • Manage vendor material receipts and coordinate with transporters/logistics teams.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports for management.

  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety norms, and audit requirements.

  • Lead and supervise store staff for efficient day-to-day operations.
