Job Description

We are looking for a Assistant Store Incharge to join our team at Polar Bear, an Icecream Sundae brand to assist the Store Manager in providing excellent customer service and to increase Store business.

The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with outlet SOPs, schedules, grooming, hygiene, and operational standards. Key responsibilities include welcoming customers, taking orders, handling and resolving inquiries across multiple channels, identifying customer needs, escalating issues, and providing timely updates. The role also involves maintaining outlet cleanliness and safety, participating in training, developing product knowledge, working collaboratively with teams, and contributing ideas and activities that improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and overall business performance.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
