• Supervise daily operations and support the Store Manager in running the outlet efficiently.

• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints promptly.

• Monitor and manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per Polar Bear guidelines.

• Manage cash handling, billing, and POS operations accurately.

• Track stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory effectively.

• Train new team members on service standards and product knowledge.

• Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining profitability.

• Handle store opening and closing procedures responsibly.
