Position: Assistant Store Manager

Salary: 22000-30000

Key Responsibilities

·       Support Store Manager in daily tasks

·       FMCG (Grocery) experience preferred

·       Supervise floor staff and shifts

·       Handle customer queries and complaints

·       LIFO, FIFO & FEFO

·       Conduct stock/expiry checks

·       Assist in sales reporting & documentation

·       Ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

·       3-5 years of retail experience (FMCG-Grocery)

·       Knowledge of store operations

·       Ability to multitask and manage staff

·       Basic Excel and POS understanding

Soft Skills:
     • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
     • Good decision-making and problem-solving ability on the shop floor
     • Ability to manage staff, shifts, and daily store pressure
     • Detail-oriented mindset for stock control, expiry, and reporting
