Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Manager with 1–2 years of experience in the logistics or warehousing sector to join our team at Indo Automotive Battery, Bavdhan, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory handling, goods receiving, and dispatch.

·         Maintain accurate stock records using manual registers and/or ERP/software systems.

·         Coordinate with the logistics team for timely inward and outward movement of batteries and related materials.

·         Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock as per safety and quality standards.

·         Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of materials.

·         Handle documentation such as GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, and stock movement records.

·         Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters as required.

·         Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse/store area.

·         Report daily/weekly stock status to management.

Key Skills Required:

·         Knowledge of store/warehouse processes

·         Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain

·         Familiarity with inventory management tools or ERP

·         MS Excel and basic computer skills

·         Good communication and coordination skills

·         Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Certification in inventory management will be an added advantage

Other Requirements:

·         Male candidate only (due to job nature involving physical supervision of stock movement)

·         Must be ready for immediate joining

·         Should be local to Pune or nearby areas
