Team Leader – Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) Dark Store
📍 Bangalore | 💰 Up to ₹4 LPA
We are hiring a Team Leader to manage end-to-end operations of a Fruits & Vegetables dark store. The role involves overseeing store operations, inventory & quality control, and team management in a fast-paced Q-commerce/retail setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily F&V dark store operations (inbound, picking, dispatch)
Handle inventory, stock rotation, shrinkage & quality control
Lead and manage store staff; plan shifts and manpower
Ensure SLA adherence, order accuracy & customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with SOPs, FSSAI & safety standards
Requirements:
Graduate with 3–6 years’ experience in F&V retail or dark store operations
Strong knowledge of fruits & vegetables handling and quality
Team management and inventory system experience
Willing to work rotational shifts
