Graduate in any discipline; a diploma/degree in Retail Management is a plus.
3–7 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales independently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and inventory management tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
