This role combines store management, sales leadership, and local marketing, ensuring Bubbles stays the go-to destination for kids and families in Indiranagar.
Key Responsibilities
🏪 Store Operations
Manage all aspects of store functioning — sales, billing, staff supervision, cleanliness, and display.
Ensure product display is appealing and aligned with brand themes.
Maintain daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and inventory records.
Coordinate with distributors and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Handle customer escalations with empathy and problem-solving.
💬 Sales & Customer Experience
Drive daily and monthly sales targets with the team.
Motivate and train staff to improve customer interaction and conversion.
Build strong relationships with repeat customers and local families.
Introduce up-selling & cross-selling techniques to boost average bill size.
📢 Local Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute local-level marketing activities — school tie-ups, community events, collaborations with nearby cafés, salons, or kids’ classes.
Assist in creating social media content (reels, photos, offers) with the marketing team.
Track local competition and suggest new ideas to increase walk-ins.
Implement in-store promotions, seasonal displays, and festive campaigns effectively.
