Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of the outlet. The role involves ensuring smooth store operations, leading the team, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day outlet operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Supervise, train, and motivate outlet team members.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Monitor sales performance and promote upselling to achieve targets.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
Ensure cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
Prepare daily operational reports and support the Outlet Manager in achieving business goals.
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience in bakery, café, QSR, restaurant, or food retail operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
