Area Sales Manager

1.              All ASM should start their market work at 7.00’am with ASO (Should attend first call point at 7.00am)

a.       ASM  should  visit retailers with ASO and update market information(competitors information, prices, promotion required)

b.       PJP must be follow on daily basis (If any changes required should be get prior approval from reporting manager)

c.        Expenses bills  should reach  HO every fortnight 1st and 17th

d.       All SSO/ASO must be follow distributor wise DSR manual. This paper should be send to HO before 3rd on every month

2.              ASM Must carry  zone sales data when he works with ASO

3.              Dress code/uniform must be neat & look good appearance

4.              ASM ZONE Target vs Actual details should be reported to RSM on daily basis

5.              Monthly Infra development – Each ASM should achieve in appointing new distributors of total his zone (Per DB initial volume 100-150’lpd).

6.              Freezer Utilization

a.       Accountability with HO - No of Freezer avail with retailer & documents maintenance with HO SAP

b.       Freezer billing -distributor to retailer (Min expected vol is required 100ltr-30’lpd , 200ltr-60’ltr)

c.        Distributor to retail supply documents (Bills/Acknowledgement) should be collect from Distributor.

d.       Those who are not maintain volume that freezer will be taken back to plant/HO or transfer to other retailers who buys as per our norms as mentioned above.

7.              Market Outstanding

a.     COB confirmation required on monthly basis. Confirm COB should be reach to HO before 10th-15th.

b.    No credit for new parties

c.     Existing parties credit should be reduced zero

d.    Old outstanding should be reduced zero and make all parties zero

e.     In operative customer should be updated with collection on weekly basis.

8.             ZONE SALE REVIEW – on weekly basis –Saturday and reported.

9.              TCPL _ Transport Cost Per Ltr (Secondary transport) Target must be achieved for ASM Zone on monthly basis.

10.          Primary & Secondary route audit must be done on every month.

11.          ASM Daily should report daily basis to RSM after collecting from ASO.
