As a Retail Sales Associate , you are the face of Eluno. You wont just be "selling glasses"you will be a style consultant, helping customers find the "One" pair that perfectly complements their face shape and personality.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience: Welcome guests to our Experience Zones, providing a premium, warm, and personalized shopping journey.
Styling & Consultation: Guide customers through frame selection based on face geometry, lifestyle needs, and fashion preferences.
Eye-Checkup Coordination: Manage the flow between the customer and the Optometrist, assisting in frame preparation and selection post-checkup.
Product Storytelling: Educate customers on Eluno’s brand story, material mastery (Acetate, Titanium, TR90), and advanced lens options (Blue-cut, AI-progressives).
Store Operations: Maintain high standards of store hygiene and visual merchandising. Ensure all displays are impeccable and align with brand aesthetics.
Sales & CRM: Handle billing (POS), maintain accurate customer data in the CRM, and conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Inventory & Logistics: Support stock counts, replenishment, and quality checks of frames and lenses.
SOP Adherence: Follow store opening/closing checklists and daily operational protocols consistently.
Desired Profile
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Mindset: High ownership, hands-on attitude, and a genuine love for fashion and styling.
Presentation: Confident, warm, and well-presented.
Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Familiarity with POS or CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
