We are looking for a passionate Fashion Consultant to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping customers express their style.

As a Fashion Consultant, you will provide personalized shopping experiences, style advice, and outfit recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and drive store sales.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Provide one-on-one styling advice and assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories.

·         Understand customer preferences, needs, and body types to offer personalized fashion recommendations.

·         Demonstrate excellent customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and appreciated.

·         Meet and exceed sales targets through effective consultations and upselling techniques.

·         Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand-specific styles.

·         Maintain our brand store’s visual appeal by ensuring product displays are neat and organized.

·         Assist with arranging clothing displays to create an engaging shopping experience.

·         Work closely with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.

·         Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

·         Collaborate with management in visual merchandising, inventory checks, and restocking.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Fashion or a Diploma in a fashion-related field is preferred.

• 1-2 years of prior experience in the fashion industry.

• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, fabric types, and seasonal looks.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and sales skills.

• Ability to meet with customers and respond to messages after normal business hours if needed.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
