Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory and Stock Management:

-Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.

-Organizing all the stock and keeping folds of all the sarees in their

-Document all stock flow accurately and assist in daily and periodic reporting.

-Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

-Assist in organizing and replenishing stock on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Store Operations:

-Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the store.

-Ensure that all store operations are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

-Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

-Coordination with Logistics and Vendors:

-Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of stock.

-Liaise with vendors for the procurement of products and store supplies.

-Perform store-related errands as needed to support store operations.

Store Maintenance and Hygiene:

-Help maintain a clean and organized store environment.

-Ensure all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas, are kept tidy and hygienic.

-Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Sales Support:

-Assist the sales team with their tasks, including customer service, product display, and promotions.

-Support sales initiatives and campaigns to achieve store targets.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Previous experience in retail is preferred.

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

-Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
