Customer Handling:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
Provide information about products, offers, and custom requirements
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Store & Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records of all products
Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking
Ensure proper product display and store hygiene
Administrative Duties:
Maintain daily sales and expense records
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Assist in billing, documentation, and filing
Communication & Service:
Provide top-tier customer service, both in-store and over phone/email
Draft professional communication in English for correspondence
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
Excel & Reporting:
Create and update inventory, sales, and employee reports in Excel
Analyze sales trends and assist in forecasting and planning
Maintain data accuracy and timely reporting to management
Problem Solving:
Proactively identify operational issues and implement solutions
Liaise with the team to ensure daily tasks are executed efficiently
Proven experience in customer service or store management
Strong command over written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Minimum education: Graduate in any stream; commerce preferred
