Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Summary:
A Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining home appliances such as TVs, Air Conditioners (ACs), Washing Machines, and Refrigerators at customer locations. The role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer locations as per the assigned service schedule.

• Diagnose faults in TVs, ACs, Washing Machines, and Refrigerators.

• Repair and replace defective components.

• Perform installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance.

• Test appliances after repair to ensure proper functioning.

• Explain the issue and repair work to customers.

• Maintain service reports and update job status through the mobile app or service portal.

• Ensure timely closure of assigned service requests.

• Follow company safety and quality standards.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts properly.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Any Qualification/ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th (Technical background preferred)

• Experience: Freshers or experienced technicians (0–5 years)

• Age: 18–35 years

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic appliances.

• Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.

• Repair and maintenance skills.

• Good communication and customer handling.

• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area.

Work Location:

• Field-based (Customer locations within the assigned city/region)

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or as per company policy)

• Weekly off as per roster.

• It is a Both Refrigerator & AC Technician job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
