Refrigerator Technician

We are seeking a skilled Refrigerator and HVAC Technician with an ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including field calls for installations, services, and repairs of refrigerators. The technician will also handle escalated complaints from various states across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.

Conduct preventive maintenance for customers under maintenance contracts.

Communicate effectively with customers, provide product demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform refrigerant charging (R134a & R600) using weight-measure systems.

Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics related to refrigeration and HVAC systems.

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively for repair and installation tasks.

Protect customer assets during service, adhering to company standards, local, and national codes.

Execute complex repairs with minimal supervision, ensuring high quality and compliance.

Train and mentor junior technicians as required.

Maintain a clean, professional appearance, safeguard company assets, and uphold confidentiality of customer information.

Foster positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond to colleague concerns constructively.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

Strong technical skills, safety awareness, and problem-solving ability.

Willingness to travel for outstation calls and escalations.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
