Job Description

Scope of Work – AHU to ODU Copper Piping Erection, N₂ Pressure Testing & Commissioning

We confirm our responsibility to carry out the AHU to ODU copper piping erection works, including all necessary activities as detailed below:

Copper Piping Erection
- Supply, installation, and routing of copper refrigerant piping between AHU and ODU as per approved drawings and OEM guidelines.
- Proper brazing of joints using nitrogen purging to avoid oxidation.
- Adequate support, clamping, and alignment of piping.
Nitrogen (N₂) Pressure Holding Test
- Conduct nitrogen pressure testing of the complete refrigerant piping system.
- Maintain the pressure for the specified duration to ensure no leakage.
- Rectify any leakage observed during testing and re-test until the system is leak-free.
Vacuuming & Commissioning Support
- Deep vacuuming of the refrigerant piping system using a vacuum pump up to the recommended micron level.
- Support during system charging (if applicable) and final commissioning.
- Functional checks to ensure proper operation of the AHU–ODU system.
Quality & Safety Compliance
- All works will be executed as per HVAC industry standards, OEM recommendations, and site safety norms.
- Work completion will be carried out to the satisfaction of the client/site engineer.
