Full Time
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigerators, deep freezers, visi coolers, and chillers.
Diagnose and repair refrigeration issues, including compressor, thermostat, condenser, evaporator, and cooling system faults.
Monitor equipment temperature to ensure compliance with food safety and storage requirements.
Attend maintenance complaints from stores and resolve breakdowns within the defined turnaround time.
Inspect refrigerant gas levels, electrical connections, and refrigeration components.
Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and records of spare parts used.
Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and equipment replacement.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and safe refrigerant-handling practices.
Minimize equipment downtime and support uninterrupted store operations.
Conduct regular inspections of refrigeration equipment and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
