RAC Technician

We are looking for a RAC Technician to join our team at Nai Coffee Private Limited to handle the installation, repair and maintenance of cooling appliances & Also have to help Maintenance Department. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹9000 - ₹16000 along with Food & accommodation(Free)+PF+ESI+Service Charge+ performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and repair ACs, refrigerators and related systems.

• Install and uninstall appliances as per customer’s request.

• Refill gas and check cooling performance.

• Conduct routine maintenance checks.

• Handle customer complaints and service calls promptly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of electrical wiring, gas filling and basic troubleshooting techniques is a must.
