RAC Technician

The AC Technician will be responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, dismantling and commissioning of Residential Air Conditioners (RAC), Commercial Air Conditioners (CAC), Heat Pumps and related HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Split AC, Window AC, Cassette AC, Tower AC installation, VRF.

• AC dismantling and re-installation.

• Preventive maintenance and periodic servicing.

• Gas charging, leak detection and repair.

• Copper piping, insulation and drainage work.

• Electrical wiring and control connections.

• Vacuuming and nitrogen flushing.

• Troubleshooting and repairing indoor and outdoor units.

• Compressor, PCB, fan motor, capacitor and sensor replacement.

• Testing and commissioning after completion.

• Maintain tools and follow safety procedures.

• Collect customer signatures and upload job photos before leaving the site.

• Report daily work completion and material consumption.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in RAC/CAC.

• Knowledge of Panasonic, Daikin, Carrier, Blue Star, Voltas, etc.

• Ability to read installation manuals and wiring diagrams.

• Valid driving licence preferred.

Payment Policy (Highly Recommended)

Technician salary should not be based on random cash payments.

Instead:

• Fixed Monthly Salary or

• Base Salary + Per Job Incentive.

• No payment without completed job sheet.

• Customer signature is mandatory.

• Before/After photos mandatory.

• Material used must be recorded.

• Incentive paid only after customer payment is received (or as per company policy).

• It is a Full Time Refrigerator & AC Technician job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
