Job Summary:

Rayshen Environmental Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in quality assurance and quality control activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality standards are maintained as per company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.

• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records.

• Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Perform root cause analysis for customer complaints and internal rejections.

• Ensure adherence to ISO and other applicable quality standards.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures

• Understanding of ISO standards and documentation

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring instruments

• Root Cause Analysis & Problem-Solving skills

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in environmental equipment or manufacturing industry

• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, or Lean practices
