Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, VRF systems, and commercial HVAC projects, particularly in high-rise buildings. The candidate should have excellent project management, client coordination, team management, and execution skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute HVAC and air conditioning projects, including VRF systems and commercial installations.

- Handle HVAC works for high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, offices, and other large-scale projects.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, builders, contractors, and project management teams.

- Attend client meetings and provide regular project progress updates.

- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and site activities.

- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely delivery of HVAC materials and equipment.

- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.

- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.

- Monitor project costs, prepare progress reports, and ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable HVAC guidelines.

- Handle client complaints, resolve project-related issues, and maintain good client relationships.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC project execution and management.

- Strong experience in VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.

- Experience in commercial HVAC projects and high-rise buildings is mandatory.

- Proven experience in client coordination and contractor/consultant management.

- Knowledge of HVAC drawings, BOQs, material estimation, site execution, testing, and commissioning.

- Good communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously.

- Experience in material planning, procurement coordination, and cost control.

- Ability to read and interpret HVAC layouts, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

- Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, builders, and internal teams.

Key Requirement

The candidate must have hands-on experience in HVAC, VRF/VRV systems, commercial projects, and high-rise building projects, along with excellent client coordination and project execution skills.
