Job Title:

HVAC Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The candidate should ensure all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC units
Perform preventive maintenance and servicing
Handle air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
Check compressors, motors, thermostats, filters, and duct systems
Maintain service records and reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Respond to breakdown calls and emergency maintenance activities
Coordinate with supervisors and clients regarding maintenance schedules

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, or Mechanical
Minimum 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience
Knowledge of AC systems, chillers, AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF systems
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting
Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

Preventive and corrective maintenance
Gas charging and leak testing
Electrical panel troubleshooting
HVAC tools handling
