Job Description:

 Assist senior technicians on service calls at various customer locations to perform

maintenance, repairs, and installations for air conditioning systems.

 Use the company’s mobile app to accept jobs, update real-time service reports, and

maintain job status.

 Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in AC systems, working closely with a senior

technician to implement effective solutions.

 Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all tools and equipment are used properly.

 Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service details and

repair updates.

Key Requirements:

 Must own a smartphone to operate the company app for real-time reporting and job

management.

 Basic understanding of AC systems, repair techniques, and troubleshooting.

 Willingness to learn, adapt, and work on-site alongside senior technicians.

 Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

 Flexibility to work overtime during late evenings and holidays, as needed.

 Dress formally with closed formal shoes for a professional appearance at work sites.
