Supervise and coordinate field technicians during duct cleaning operations.
Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure timely job completion.
Conduct pre- and post-job briefings with technicians to ensure quality standards.
Ensure all services are performed in accordance with company SOPs and industry regulations.
Perform on-site inspections to verify service quality, equipment use, and technician performance.
Address and resolve service issues, client concerns, or technical challenges on-site.
Collaborate with the scheduling team to assign resources, vehicles, and equipment for each job.
Manage daily service schedules and adjust in real time based on job site conditions or client needs.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients during service delivery.
Communicate job status, timelines, and any required follow-up work professionally and clearly.
Provide basic technical explanations and recommendations to clients when necessary.
Train and mentor new and existing technicians on duct cleaning methods, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Report and document any incidents, near misses, or safety violations.
Complete job reports, service checklists, and customer satisfaction forms.
Maintain accurate records of technician hours, job progress, and any service issues encountered.
Report equipment usage and maintenance needs to the operations or maintenance team.
Proven experience as a Service Supervisor, Team Lead, or Senior Technician (duct cleaning/HVAC preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of duct cleaning procedures, HVAC systems, tools, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage time and resources efficiently under pressure.
Basic computer or tablet skills for reporting (CRM or job management software).
Valid driver's license; willingness to travel locally for site visits.
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Technical Certification in HVAC or related trade (Preferred)
3–5 years of experience in service operations or field team management
